On Thursday 26th June, in the last of the current season of Hydrock's popular seminars on topical development issues, guests from residential developers, property agents, architects, engineering consultants, contractors, local authorities and central government departments enjoyed a morning of presentations on Managing Flood Risk, Waste Management and Disposal, Groundsource Heating and Slope Stabilisation. After the seminars, guests were invited to stay for lunch and take part in outdoor team-building activities during the afternoon, followed by a barbeque. The rain held off for the climbing, shooting, driving, herding and brain-challenging activities (see photos!) and the 'Teach-in and Team-build Day', held at The Broomhill Hotel in Spratton, Northampton, was judged by all to have been a great success.
