All our teams are experienced in working with designers, developers, contractors and land owners in the delivery of commercial and leisure projects which have included: offices, gyms, warehouses, showrooms, community centres, supermarkets, laboratories, business parks, and petrol stations.

Working either as part of a design team or as Lead Consultant, our involvement has ranged from providing pre-purchase advice on contaminated land remediation costs to managing all stages of the design and build process on new and refurbished commercial and leisure buildings.

As specialist geotechnical contractors, we have been innovative in finding commercial solutions to challenges in the ground which impact directly on the viability of a potential development site.
