David joined Hydrock in 2008, to enhance Hydrock's expanding flood risk capabilities. With 18 years experience, specialising in Flood Risk and Consequence Assessment, David is able to advise at the highest level on site specific Hydrological and Hydraulic Modelling, to refine and confirm flood risk zonations on behalf of stakeholders including local authorities, property developers and individual clients within the contexts of Planning Policy Statement 25 (England) and Technical Advice Note 15 (Wales).
