Justin has extensive experience within the civil engineering, construction, mining and transportation industries for both design consultants and specialist contractors. He specialises in the technical, operational and commercial aspects of construction works, contract management, and tendering and procurement. He has responsibility for all aspects of drilling activities within Hydrock including commercial, operational, technical, Health & Safety and training.
