Billy is also able to demonstrate a proven track record in the provision of junction and access design, highway enhancement schemes, Flood Risk Assessments and drainage strategies, including the provision of Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems and consultancy advice to clients on both highways & drainage, from design to construction.
