Through a career as infrastructure design manager with both Consulting Engineers and directly with Developers, Tony is well placed to advise clients on the issues of development with the broad understanding that working on both sides of the fence has provided. With particular expertise in the issues of flood risk assessment, drainage and SUDs, highway design, access issues, the servicing of sites and how these issues impact on the Master Planning process of developments, Tony is able to steer the adoption process to enable early starts on site.
