Project: Groundwater Remediation Project, Helpston, near Peterborough
Site Description: Historic agricultural pesticide contamination from two landfill sites has caused pollution to public and private water supplies. The site requires water treatment and assessment of the contamination plumes. Hydrock is optimising the existing pump and treat system in order to prevent further migration of contamination, and is assessing the feasibility of accelerating the remediation at source within the landfill and leachate.
