Project: Princess Margaret Hospital, Swindon
Site Description: The 9.7 Ha site of the former Princess Margaret Hospital was purchased for development of 500 residential units ranging from 4-storey apartment blocks to large executive detached homes.
Services Provided: Ground investigation, contamination remediation design, foundation design, structural design, infrastructure design, lighting design, Mechanical and Electrical Design.
Outcome: Savings were made by reassessing ground contamination and close and early liaison with the contractors and LA.
