Site Description: The site of the former Tremough Convent, Penryn, has received extensive funding to provide University education within Cornwall, with the Tremough campus forming the "flagship hub of Combined Universities in Cornwall (CUC)." Phase 2 works included the provision of a new teaching building, while Phase 2A works involve the provision of 14 residential blocks to house 651 students and a new Social Centre, and the extension of the existing porter's lodge.
