Our Projects

Client: David Wilson Homes
Project: Siston, Bristol

Site Description: A 9.5 Ha site above historic mine workings, designated for residential development of 450 units.

Services Provided: Remediation design, validation and negotiations with local authority and coal authority, drilling of 700 x 25 metre deep treatment and validation holes and on- going re-interpretation of data as work was carried out over the site.

Outcome: Through re-engineering and re-interpretation of available SI and geological data, Hydrock was able to reduce the scope of work recommended by others, thus saving the client approximately £500,000.
