Project: Housing Development - Steep Brownfield Site

Site Description: The client was planning a housing development on a steeply-sloping, narrow, elevated site. Hydrock was called in to design enabling works, with due care paid to the presence of close existing properties.

Services Provided: Ground investigation; slope stability design; enabling works design; underpinning design.

Outcome: Hydrock's design worked around closely neighbouring properties to deliver enabling works in a site with slip planes, maintaining the development potential of the site.
