Mark Seberry Director, Business Improvement

Having completed an MBA focused on organisational improvement, and with over 15 years’ experience as a structural engineer, including leading a 25-strong team, Mark is uniquely placed at Hydrock to be our Director for Business Improvement.

In 2018, Mark completed a scholarship placement on the MBA programme at the University of Bath with his research focused on ‘Integrated Management Systems’ and ‘Organisational Improvement’. With this insight, and backed by his career as a structural engineer, Mark works with our Board to identify and lead projects that will increase our effectiveness to deliver high quality consulting engineering outcomes for our clients.

With a focus on improving operational efficiencies and maximising value from new technologies, Mark’s goal is continually improve Hydrock’s position as both a great company to work for, and to work with.

Mark joined Hydrock in 2004 and has been instrumental in our award-winning work at Bristol Airport, leading the team that designed the East Terminal extension, central pier and walkway, the West Terminal extension and other changes to the existing terminal. He was also responsible for the design of multiple schools and retail showrooms for a premium automotive brand.
