Mike Yiannis

Mike has overall responsibility for Hydrock’s financial management including accounts, funding, financial strategy and M&A.

Trained and qualified at Arthur Andersen as a Chartered Accountant, Mike first started working with Hydrock in 2008, originally as corporate finance adviser, then as non-executive director and eventually became our full time CFO in 2017. He has been instrumental in helping the business grow, playing a key role in strategic planning, financial reporting, corporate governance and managing the funding of the business. He has also helped the business complete a number of successful acquisitions and led the private equity fundraise in 2018.

With his background in corporate finance, Mike has specific experience across a number of sectors relevant to Hydrock including engineering, energy, manufacturing and automotive.
