Rebecca Lydon Associate, Smart Energy and Sustainability

Rebecca is an energy and sustainability specialist based in our Birmingham office, with a strong background working in the Midlands and nationwide.

Rebecca is a BREEAM AP (accredited professional) with extensive experience as a BREEAM Assessor and low carbon consultant in the property and construction sector.

With her knowledge of national and local planning policy and a background in energy technologies and sustainable design, she is able to promote and deliver commercially-viable improvements to building design that deliver the best environmental, social and economic outcomes for clients.

With 12 years’ experience, Rebecca advises clients from initial project brief through to the handover of a completed scheme. She has a wide range of sector experience including logistics, education, healthcare, commercial and residential.

Her career track record includes the recent £18m National College of Highspeed Rail development in Birmingham for Birmingham City Council and HS2, the Help for Heroes funded Headley Court Rehabilitation Centre in Surrey and Access 18, a large industrial park developed by St Modwen in Avonmouth.
