Based in Birmingham, and with over 30 years’ experience, Scott joined Hydrock in 2019 to lead the growth and delivery of our infrastructure business in the Midlands.
From scheme conception to client handover, Scott is experienced in delivering the vital infrastructure and civil engineering design that supports land and property development in a wide range of sectors including commercial, industrial, warehousing, retail and residential. He creates value for clients on major schemes through the management of site due diligence, the pre-planning appraisal process and the detailed engineering design.
Experienced at working in multi-disciplinary engineering teams, Scott will lead the delivery of the infrastructure that supports a multi-phase approach to the development of major schemes.
In his career, Scott was the overall Project Manager for the £30m retail extension of Fosse Park near Leicester for The Crown Estate. He has also worked on the redevelopment of Longbridge town centre for St Modwen, the infrastructure for the development of Blythe Valley Business Park, a greenfield development for brewing giant Everards of Leicestershire, and a new Magna International aluminium casting factory in Telford amongst many other noteworthy projects.
