Hydrock's designs for fashion giants H&M

10th Nov 2014
Hydrock is consolidating its excellent track record and reputation, with the design of another major distribution centre for developer Roxhill.

Construction of the new 237,000 sq ft distribution centre for fashion retailer H&M at Rugby Gateway is nearly complete.

Our teams have provided geotechnical, civil and structural design services. Construction started in April with main contractor Winvic due to hand over the facility on 1st December 2014.

Located in the logistics ‘Golden Triangle’ just off Junction 1 of the M6 motorway, the building is the first of several to be built on the 120-acre Rugby Gateway site for Roxhill.

Hydrock also designed the earthworks for the entire development, which will site a further 1.5 million sq ft of distribution space.
