We are delighted to welcome Joe Taylor to Hydrock’s national fire risk management team, delivering fire risk management on both new and existing buildings.
Based in Hydrock’s Cardiff office as Head of Fire Risk Management, Joe has previously worked for international specialist fire consultants BB7.
Joe has an in-depth knowledge of fire safety legislation and its application and management. He brings his fire risk expertise to the ‘as built’ world, conducting inspections, surveys and assessments on both existing buildings and new builds.
Joe specialises in fire risk management for large multi-site organisations, and works with clients to provide and implement solutions in a structured, risk-based manner. Previous experience includes the former BBC studios at White City and numerous international hotel complexes across the UK and Ireland.
He has delivered training on behalf of CIBSE and the Construction Industry Development Board in Mauritius, for all elements of fire design including sprinkler design, fire alarm and emergency lighting. Joe also has an extensive understanding of working to PAS 7 fire risk management system specification.
