Four of our intrepid team will be heading to the south of France in March for a tough four days of relentless networking and business development. Or so they claim…
Hydrock is once again sending four representatives to the world’s leading real estate exhibition and conference in March, joining the Manchester at MIPIM delegation. They’ll be flying into the buzzing hub of Cannes, to not only champion our northern presence, but Hydrock’s national presence across the UK.
Representing Hydrock will be:
- Danny Hope, Regional Director based in Manchester, assessing development site viability across northern England.
- Dilon Hilton, Technical Director based in Manchester, designing high performing buildings in Manchester and across northern England.
- Paul Shelley, Regional Director based in London, assessing development site viability across southern England.
- James McKechnie, Divisional Transportation Director, based in the south-west, leading our national transportation team to deliver movement and placemaking strategies.
Speaking about Hydrock’s attendance, Matt Hilton, Hydrock’s Managing Director, said: “We’re really excited to return to MIPIM to join the discussion on the opportunities that exist in the UK property market.
“Our decision to renew our association with the city of Manchester at MIPIM was an easy choice to make. The continuing development of our business in northern England, from our base in Manchester city centre, is a key strategic goal for Hydrock."
"We’ve already diarised a number of meetings with key partners while we’re at MIPIM because our approach to delivering multi-disciplinary pre-planning services, in particular, is proving to be very well received by architects, planners and developers, looking to ensure all the crucial engineering questions have been answered before a scheme moves forward."
So, from site investigations to Smart Energy, talk to the Hydrock team at MIPIM for multi-disciplinary engineering experience and advice.
Joining Hydrock as part of the Manchester at MIPIM delegation are organisations that include Turner and Townsend, Shoosmiths, Willmott Dixon, SimpsonHaugh, Deloitte, JLL, Morgan Sindall, Stride Treglown, Savills, RLB and Avison Young.
