As Principal Electrical Engineer, Chris has extensive experience in the design of electrical systems across a range of sectors, with particular expertise in the mission-critical and healthcare sectors.

Over the course of his career, Chris has led numerous large design teams and has earned a reputation for driving technically excellent design, satisfying stakeholder needs whilst keeping real-world practicality throughout construction and maintenance front of mind.

His deep appreciate of client expectations, project management and electrical engineering has resulted in a successful track record delivering projects both nationally and internationally.

Notable projects include the antenatal relocation for Aneurin Bevan University Health Board in Tredegar where he led the SMEP design through stages 3 & 4, whilst undertaking the electrical design elements of the refurbishment.

Chris was also responsible for producing fire alarm design to RIBA Stage 4a and supporting the overall electrical design for BBC Wales’s £120m new flagship building, situated next to Cardiff Central Station, and part of the regeneration of the heart of Cardiff.

Chris volunteers as a STEM Ambassador with STEM Learning UK and is an Education Officer at the Institution of Engineering and Technology in the South Wales area.
