David joined Hydrock in 2017 with nearly 35 years’ experience in project, design and contract management. He is a Chartered Engineer and a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
David has been both Project Manager and Design Manager for civil engineering, airfield, petroleum installation and building projects, with extensive experience in the operation and management of works contracts. He also has specialist experience in airfield pavement works as both Project Manager, Design Manager and Site Supervision.
His airfield and MoD career experience includes extensive civil engineering works at Bristol Airport, London Southend Airport, Newquay Airport, RAF Northolt, RAF Valley and RAF Brize Norton.
David’s civils experience also includes office and industrial developments and infrastructure. He is experienced at peer review work and is regularly responsible for coordinating multi-discipline design teams.
