Liz Higgins

As a key member of our Strategic Projects team, Liz works on the delivery of large-scale planning projects.

Prior to joining Hydrock, Liz was a Chartered Town Planner for 15 years and has experience of working with clients across a wide range of sectors, coordinating the delivery of projects against challenging timescales. Her particular set of experience lies with working on projects from their design concept through to planning applications, including EIA.

Working client-side in the aviation sector for over seven years, Liz led multi-disciplinary teams on significant, high-profile planning applications and appeals.

Her career track record includes leading both the planning application and subsequent appeal to enable growth at Bristol Airport through to 12 million people per annum .

With extensive client-side and planning consultancy experience on a range of projects in the UK, Liz coordinates large, multi-disciplinary teams, providing a single point of contact for clients.
