Paul Hastie

Paul has over 35 years’ experience in the building services industry and has worked on a wide variety of projects in the UK and internationally.

Paul’s sector experience includes major logistics and distribution facilities, multiplex cinemas, and office and commercial buildings.

Taking schemes from initial feasibility stage, Paul leads his team to ensure that clients receive robust cost plan, utility and programme reports, and then oversees each project from design stage to handover, including advising on BREEAM and WELL standards.

Paul’s career track record includes: G-Park Ashby logistics distribution centre; John Lewis distribution centres in Milton Keynes; the Amazon ARS 450 distribution centre in Gateshead; last mile logistics facilities for Amazon; and the fit-out of a wide range of multiplex cinemas across the UK and Europe.

Paul had worked for KTA for 23 years before the company’s acquisition by Hydrock in March 2021.
