Rob Leach

Based in Birmingham, Rob leads the MEP team in our multi-disciplinary office working on a variety of projects across the Midlands.

Rob has a broad experience of delivering MEP services having worked in both consulting and contracting businesses, and client-side as well as site-based work. This gives him a deep understanding of design, project management, contract management, commissioning and maintenance.

His sector experience includes residential, education, retail, healthcare, commercial and motorsport.

Rob leads a team that works from early-stage concept and strategy through to detailed design, site supervision and peer-to-peer reviews.

Recent work includes 8-10 Brindley Place in Birmingham, Heythrop Park in Oxford and a series of schools for Oxfordshire County Council.

Rob’s career track record includes advising the AMG Petronas Mercedes F1 Team on the MEP masterplan refurbishment of a major unit in Brackley catering for laboratory space, clean rooms, car assembly space and electronics areas. His motorsport experience also includes clean room and laboratory areas for Renault Sport, and the MEP design of the RBT Futura House New Gym for Red Bull Racing Team.

Other career highlights include complete MEP design for Mollies Motel & Diner in Farringdon, London; student accommodation at the Glassworks in Leicester; refurbishment works at Milton Keynes Hospital; and a new development on Edinburgh Haymarket including a hotel, serviced apartments, office buildings and retail.
