Planning stage support services

From initial site due diligence to comprehensive support for a planning application, we draw upon a wide range of specialist skills and offer a dedicated in-house service to co-ordinate the disciplines and services best suited to your needs.

Our expertise is often instrumental to shaping a masterplan that works on both a placemaking level and a practical level for communities and occupiers, ensuring clients avoid costly unforeseen issues further along the planning or development process.

We have a full understanding of the planning system at both a local and national level, including Development Consent Orders. We have vast experience of liaising with planning authorities as well as other applicable authorities and stakeholders such as Highways England, Network Rail, the Environment Agency, lead local flood authorities and the Marine Maritime Organisation.

This experience has helped us to establish strong relationships with all these bodies which adds value for our clients.
