H&M – Rugby Gateway

Design of a new distribution centre for a leading fashion retailer on a site at the heart of the UK’s logistics network.

H&M – Rugby Gateway

Hydrock was appointed to work on a 237,000 sq ft. distribution centre for international fashion retailer H&M at Rugby Gateway.

Located in the logistics ‘Golden Triangle’ adjacent to Junction 1 of the M6 motorway, the building was the first of several to be built on the 120-acre Rugby Gateway site for developer Roxhill.

Hydrock provided civil and structural design services for the H&M building and designed the earthworks for the whole development.

Construction started in April 2014 and the facility was handed over to H&M in December 2014.

With unrivalled proximity to the M6 and the town of Rugby just three miles away providing a highly accessible workforce, Rugby Gateway offers businesses an established distribution and manufacturing location at the heart of the UK’s logistics network.

For over 20 years Hydrock has delivered award-winning engineering projects across a wide variety of sectors. Contact us today to find out how we can help your business.
