Dean is one of the directors leading Hydrock 3E, a team of civil, structural and geo engineering specialists operating in the north-east.
He has over 20 years’ experience in the industry and began his career in 1997 as a Structural Technician for HJT. He graduated from Newcastle University in 2004.
Dean has gained wide experience delivering schemes mainly in the retail, commercial and residential sector. He has a 'hands on' approach to his projects and is very client focused and commercially aware.
Dean was one of the directors of 3E Consulting Engineers Ltd, later acquired by Hydrock in 2022. The business now operates as a separate operating entity known as Hydrock 3E.
