Geoff Boyle

Geoff is a member of our Strategic Projects team, providing a valuable single point of contact for our clients when we’re delivering multi-disciplinary engineering services. This fosters strong relationships and ensures accountability for our delivery at all stages.

Prior to joining Hydrock in 2022, he was Technical and Special Projects Manager at Gentoo, a values-driven housing association providing around 30,000 homes in the north east.

Geoff has a master’s degree in Project Management from Northumbria University, achieving a distinction. His dissertation topic explored the delivery of client value in construction projects.

He has a vast amount of engineering, manufacturing and construction industry experience and a proven track record in delivering complex projects whilst meeting time, cost and quality constraints.

Geoff served in the Royal Air Force as an aircraft engineer for over ten years, servicing Sea King helicopters and completing a number of overseas posts. During this period, he developed an appreciation of what it means to implement stringent budget control and reporting in the most pressured environments, in which he thrives.
