Jon Candy

Jon is a Technical Director with over 28 years of industry experience including private and public sectors. He leads one of three Infrastructure teams in Bristol and has a specialist skillset across civil engineering design.

Jon has a strong background in project management, including a wide range of highways and drainage schemes. Whether he’s working alongside major developers or collaborating with independent architects, Jon is passionate about forging fantastic client relationships on his projects.

His practical and positive approach, together with his detailed industry knowledge, enables Jon to help his clients achieve the utmost potential for their developments. Jon provides the most cost effective and technically compliant solutions to all projects he manages.

Jon is leading on our delivery of Lotmead, a development of over 2,000 residential units in Wanborough, Wiltshire. He is responsible for supervising our civil engineering team in preparing drainage and layout strategies at planning stage and subsequent detailed design. The role also includes regular meetings with the client and design team to deliver the project to the client’s programme.

Jon is a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
