Highly experienced in project management and delivery, Martin leads the mechanical engineering team in our London-based MEP business, regularly working in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Focused on finding solutions to make projects and systems work more efficiently and sustainably, Martin is experienced at managing the design and installation of services on projects with construction values exceeding £70m. He is also trained as a public health engineer and has championed new technologies on a wide range of projects to deliver both client needs and benefit the environment.

Martin’s career track record includes tall buildings in the commercial sector, notably 100 Bishopsgate, 1 Bank Street, and the refurbishments of 40 Bank Street and 20 Fenchurch Street. He has also project managed and designed a major modernisation programme for an institutional building in London that is both a heritage asset and defined as part of the National Critical Infrastructure.

In addition, Martin has experience of major residential schemes, hotels, and projects in the defence, education, rail and power sectors. He is also experienced at working to Passivhaus design principles.

Martin has also supported mentoring schemes run by CIBSE, the IMechE and Kingston University to help young engineers progress in their careers.
