Along with a willingness to consider all options to find the best solution for the whole team and client, Timo has an innovative and open-minded approach to design, considering a range of solutions to every problem.

Timo has significant experience in the data centre sector. He has led the delivery of a number of data centre schemes, including leading a full multidisciplinary team to complete a large data centre for a client in Wales. Our team identified considerable value engineering savings against the original design, including reducing structural steel by over 20%. The team also implemented a range of client changes as well as changes in pursuit of further design optimisation.
