Track record

  • The Sands, Durham: Detailed civil and structural engineering design for the £50m purpose-built offices at the Sands, originally to be used by Durham County Council, opposite Freeman’s Quay Leisure Centre.
  • The Rise, Newcastle: Detailed engineering design to meet the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, including highways, drainage, substructure, superstructure and retaining walls on the housing-led Scotswood regeneration overlooking the River Tyne. We also advised the enabling works team on the compaction, specifications and earthworks re-profiling for the £54m development of 377 eco-friendly homes.
  • Aldi, Various: We have an ongoing Framework Agreement with Aldi Stores Ltd to provide engineering services for new and extended stores throughout North East England, Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Scotland. Our role on these projects spans structural and civil engineering design, including highway works, geotechnical engineering and attenuation analysis.
