Catriona Tully

As a specialist in strategic and operational effectiveness, Catriona is responsible for working with all our client-facing teams to help them analyse and identify market opportunities for sustainable and profitable growth.

Catriona is a member of our Main Board having originally joined Hydrock in 2019 in a consultancy role and then becoming a Non-Executive Director in March 2020. Now, as a full-time member of our Main Board, she brings her 20 years of professional services and consultancy experience to support our teams in developing and broadening their client relationships and in identifying future market opportunities.

Catriona leads Hydrock's overall approach to client management and is also responsible for our Marketing and Bids teams at Board level.

Having forged a career advising private and public sector organisations on their commercialisation and go-to market strategies, Catriona’s experience includes six years at 3i Private Equity, and nine years as a Director at KPMG before establishing her own consultancy business. She has been a mentor to businesses of SetSquared, Bristol’s technology incubator, and NatWest’s Entrepreneur Accelerator Programme, both of which support innovative management teams to accelerate their growth. She is also a Board member of the University of West of England’s Business and Management School.
