Your technical and professional qualifications will be built on through supervised on-the-job experience coupled with a training and development programme tailored to suit your individual needs.
You will always be supported by skilled and experienced people who will facilitate your learning. They will guide you through some of the interesting and challenging parts of your work and prepare you for advancement to more senior roles in the company.
Watch some of our recent graduates describe their experience of starting their engineering career at Hydrock, across nuclear, geo-environmental, flood risk, transportation and building services disciplines.
Each year, we encourage young people to take up opportunities for work experience, Year in Industry placements, internships or placements for MSc students completing dissertation projects. These are limited in number but we have an excellent record of converting placements into permanent hires.
