Senior Electrical Engineer

We have a brand-new opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our MEP division based in our Manchester office. 

It's an exciting time to join our MEP team! We have a proven track record working within the North of England, with offices in Leeds, Manchester and more recently Scotland. Working collaboratively with our North division, you will be you will be joining a fun, highly engaged team who love what they do. Our team have a wealth of experience and will offer support, development opportunities and expert advice.

Your role will include:

• Be responsible for the day-to-day technical delivery of the electrical design services for multi-disciplinary projects across a number of building sectors.
• Produce design deliverables including specifications, drawings, and schedules.
• Support timely invoicing, debt chasing, management of WIP and forward workload/resource planning for your own projects.

Our MEP team are specialists in energy, sustainability, and engineering design. We bring buildings to life and create award winning, high-performance environments that enhance the built environment – working across all sectors including commercial, industrial, leisure, retail, manufacturing, logistics, heritage and residential.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Relevant qualification at HNC, HND, Bachelors or Masters and ideally chartered status (or working towards it).
• Proven experience working as a Senior Electrical Engineer with a track record in the UK leading mechanical (and ideally M&E) delivery on a variety of mainstream building services projects.
• Sound knowledge of BIM processes, Revit and Amtech and demonstrable experience working with architects in a design centred role.
