Hydrock shortlisted for Insider North West Property Awards in its silver anniversary year

Hydrock is shortlisted for an award in the latest Insider North West Property Awards, which is celebrating its twenty-fifth anniversary.
Celebrating the very best of the property industry in the north west, the awards are established by the highly-regarded UK publisher, Insider Media. We’re up for ‘Consultancy of the Year’ alongside some very strong competition.
Commenting on the shortlisting, Danny Hope, Regional Director —North West at Hydrock said:
“This is a fantastic piece of recognition for our Hydrock team in the north west. It confirms the multidisciplinary skills we have to influence low carbon, climate resilient and sustainable outcomes, especially at an estate-level and on masterplan-scale schemes.”
Our entry details the sustainability-driven advisory we’ve been delivering across strategically important north-west sites working with our project partners, on behalf of St Helens Council (Southern Gateway), Tameside Council (Ashton Moss) and University of Cumbria (Cumbria Citadels).
One of our flagship multidisciplinary projects, Northern Group’s One Silk St, has also been shortlisted in two award categories, including the ‘Commercial Development of the Year’ award.
