Hydrock shortlisted for Consultancy of the Year at Insider Yorkshire Property Awards 2023

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been shortlisted for Consultancy of the Year at this year’s Insider Yorkshire Property Awards 2023.
This nomination recognises the growing impact our Leeds team in the region, which includes influencing the design of new spaces such as 12 King St, Leonardo Buildings, and the proposed redevelopment of the former Yorkshire Post site.
This is a fantastic achievement for our team in Leeds and it's a testament to their hard work, dedication, and commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients.

The Siemens Mobility Factory, where we supported GMI, is up for the Commercial Development of the Year award, and Scarborough Group International’s Endeavour, where we provided sustainability advice, is listed in the Property Deal of the Year category.
We're looking forward to the awards ceremony on 21 September and celebrating the best of the property industry in Yorkshire.
