Hydrock’s Geo and Structures teams have been appointed to the national Reallies framework for consultancy work. The framework supports new build and asset management of existing, predominantly, social housing stock.
Reallies is a not-for-profit national partnership focused on providing smart procurement and asset management solutions for social housing landlords.
Jointly, the Reallies Partnership is responsible for over 1.5 million properties across the UK, representing 30% of social housing nationally.
Hydrock was successful under Lot 1 for Site Investigation, and Lot 9 for Structural Engineering and our teams can now be considered for work under these two lots across the UK.
Reallies was formed by three regional housing consortia who recognise that by working together they can achieve more for their members. The three groups are: Procure Plus, Efficiency North and CHIC (Central Housing Investment Consortium Ltd). Reallies provides support to social housing landlords and providers as they seek to purchase specialist consultancy advice to address the needs from new build and existing housing stock.
At Hydrock, our contacts for the Reallies framework are Eric Cooper (site investigation work) and Carl Britland (structural engineering work).
