We have been appointed to Crest Nicholson’s national framework for Civil and Structural Engineering, significantly boosting our relationship with the leading housebuilder. The appointment complements our existing place on their Geo-environmental framework.
The Civil and Structural Engineering framework serves five geographically-based Crest Nicholson divisions along with a Crest Nicholson Special Projects division and a Crest Nicholson Regeneration division. Hydrock’s Structural and Infrastructure divisions will both service this framework.
Established over 50 years ago, Crest Nicholson delivered nearly 3,000 new homes in 2016 and currently has over 4,500 units on site. They operate schemes of varying size and scale, from small residential developments to larger urban regeneration schemes and Garden Villages across the UK.
Immediately following our appointment, Hydrock has been approached for support on two sites, one that Crest Nicholson are currently bidding, and the other for detailed design services on a 125-unit Crest Nicholson Special Projects scheme in Chippenham.
