Hydrock has been appointed by Rhondda Cynon Taff County Council to provide multi-disciplinary services for the new mixed-use Taff Vale redevelopment scheme.
We are collaborating with Darnton B3 architects on this scheme and will be delivering the engineering services on the prime gateway site for Pontypridd town centre.
The redevelopment includes three mixed use buildings with public spaces between them and a basement containing parking, servicing and storage linking the buildings together. All three buildings, as part of the development, will be targeting BREEAM Excellent ratings, and the scheme is due for completion in 2019.
